KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage technical team in Brazil and Argentina for the three segments: beverage, sweet and savory.
• Guarantee the execution of strategy planned for the business and deliver the best services and solutions to the customers
• Work close and support areas like MKT, sales, Sensory & CI, quality, operation and regulatory
• Be in contact with the customers, suppliers, co-packers, proposing new ideas, initiatives according to client’s needs
• Guarantee the best service an solution delivered to customers leading strategic projects
• Interaction with people in the region and globally for sharing experience and learnings

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in managing people, building a high performance team
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, food engineering or related areas
• Advanced English and Spanish
• Minimum 10 years of experience in application area with ingredients or flavor industries
• Leading through vision and values
• Facilitating change
