Position Purpose
The role contributes to the planning and implementation of assigned research programs/projects that lead to actionable business results.
The role requires the jobholder to work under direct supervision of manager to lead practical work including discrimination and descriptive analysis and demonstrates mastery of basic scientific consumer science skills.
The jobholder applies fundamental understanding to analysis and reporting of results. The jobholder must properly apply technical/practical training in completing assignments and deliver against commitments.
The jobholder interacts mainly with other CS colleagues and may supervise technicians and/or temporary staff while completing assignments.
Main Responsibilities

  • Works on multiple categories
  • Plans and conducts independent projects, participates in development of project objectives, executes against same, and recommends action plans to implement key findings; Knows CS related softwares and can apply statistical analysis; understands the backgound of the statistics applied.
  • Has broad understanding of analytical work
  • Begins to address increasing levels of complexity; capable of collecting information from different sources
  • Consults with clients requiring good communication skills (oral & written)
  • Basic understanding of Kraft Foods business
  • May supervise technicians

Qualifications
Academic Knowledge

  • University degree in food Science, Food technology or Nutrition

Working Knowledge

  • Previous knowledge in the field of Sensory evaluation & Consumer testing.
  • May have internship or other relevant background.

  • Demonstrates mastery of internal procedures beyond those taught by demonstration.
  • Gains knowledge of and applies internal and job specific job specific problem solving techniques to solve project issues. Uses rigorous logic to quantify and assess and solve issues with effective solutions.
  • Identifies challenges early and communicates them appropriately.
