Position Objective:
This role leads and manages all New Product projects of varied scope and complexity from an Operations perspective, through facilitating and coordinating multifunctional teams into the Operations department to the completion of a product launch.
It acts as a liaison between Operations, Marketing/Sales & R&D.
This role will develop, and implement production capacity, margin enhancement and new item production solutions by leveraging business and technical skills with evolving processes.
They will also provide analytical and project management support to cross-functional project teams for the correct and on time project execution.
For this position, the incumbent must be able to manage a complex collaboration/technical/business problems, taking proper actions indicated and using the appropriate resources.
Main activities:
• Time table development
• In-house vs. Outsourcing production analysis
• Preliminary costing Development for Gate 1 & 2
• Preliminary formula and process for costing
• Communicate final Costs to Financial Planning
• CAPEX Approval request
• Provide accurate data to MKT to prepare project information for gate approval
• C.I. & savings projects participation and / or coordination
• Monitor views extension and PCM project development
• Review project brief format and information
• Coordinate Technical Readiness information and meetings with incumbent areas for critical projects prior to Gate 2 & 3 approval
• Coordinate MKT team in regards of project priorization, including capacity analysis and meetings coordination
• Participation in portfolio analysis process
• Lead Innovation meetings (Funnel, process follow up meetings, project kick off meetings)

Requirements:
- Graduation on Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer or related fields
- Solid knowledge of computing, especially MS – Office, ERP, Project Management tools , Microsiga is a plus
- English is mandatory and Spanish will be a plus
- Broad conceptual vision of the business
- Strong leadership abilities

- Assertive communication
- Available to travel
Workplace: 3 times per week at São Roque-SP and twice at São Paulo (Pinheiros)
