• Regionally coordinate Prototypes development (defining technical feasibility, priorities, deadlines, with third interface, proceeding to send samples);
• Monitor ongoing projects effectively to ensure the delivery of activities without delay and quality;
• Develop and Provide training of Functional Ingredients Application, Staining and Fortification (theoretical and practical) to Sales Force and Regional Customers;
• Ingredients acquisition on the local and/or foreign markets;
• Preparation of formulations, evaluation and referral of technical observations;
• Develop ideas and technical plan for product creation activities/prototypes to customers in the region;
• Provide technical support to customers through Troubleshooting;
• Support the Marketing and Sales in its technical requirements and product development for customers, as well as events like Innovation Days, Fairs, Workshops;
• Preparation of technical reports in Portuguese, English and Spanish;
• Make technical visits to customers;
• Maintain continuous interface with teams located in other countries.

The Ideal

• Previous experience in a similar position;
• Experience in development of food products, knowledge of the use of ingredients, additives, supporting technology, industrial processes involved in food production, sensory evaluation, principles of nutrition and project coordination;
• Advanced English and Spanish skills (conversation and written);
• Computer skills, statistics, calculations.
