Position Overview

  • Research & Development- Vegetable Protein- Product Development
  • Minimum experience of 3 years in R&D;
  • Bachelor’s Degree or University Food or Chemical Engineer (or similar)
  • Experience in Product preferably in Beverages or comparable products
  • To lead and coordinate Innovation, Business Continuity and others technical activities regarding ingredients, formula and process;
  • Knowledge about Project Management. Excellent time and project management skills with proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent projects.
  • Accountability and Responsibility Profile/ Works well in multifunctional and multicultural teams/ Deep ability to exercise Critical Thinking and Problem-solving Skills.

Desired: To have basic and general expertise in Nutrition.

  • Travel: more than 50% of timing
  • English fluent and desirable Spanish advanced
