LOCAL: São José dos Campos, São Paulo
This position provides support for customers and develop new application in the Brazilian market, based on ICL Food Specialties portfolio.
Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• • Develop and to test application recipes on Dairy Application using ICL’s stabilizer portfolio;
  • Manage lab and pilot tests (cheeses cookers, UHT platform…);
  • Report the results in English;
  • Lead or to participate to application customer project (short/medium days/weeks term);
  • Prepare some prototypes for trade show and for customer facing.
• In Medium term:
  • To assist technically the Sales Force and the Customer;
  • To manage in one dedicated area the Customer Technical Service to the ICL’s customer.

Experience/Skills Required:

• Bachelor degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Enineering or related areas.
• Must speak intermediate English and basic Spanish.
• Must be proficient in basic MS Office applications.
• Must have practical experience related applications, research or development for the food industry.
• Experience with the production and use of dairy ingredients, food additives.
• Must have excellent, demonstrable written and verbal skills.
• Experience with project management is beneficial.
