Position Overview:Will have the primary responsibility for constantly increasing the credibility of the innovation behaviors and
capabilities in the company by working within the Entrepreneurial Mindset/Inspiring Environment/Mastering
the Tools framework, etc.Function Specific Activities:

  1. Lead discussions and support the development of innovation enablers encompassing all Innovation value Chain (from Ideas to Execution) such as: culture, leadership, training, new and innovative processes

2) Manage Startup Ecosystem Partners
3) Develop key capabilities to promote better project leadership
4) Leverage learnings and share knowledge with Senior Leadership Team, Common Innovation Framework gatekeepers, senior bottler leadership and LAG
