This job is responsible to demonstrate cost efficiency of the Firmenich flavors in savory food applications and to assist the business unit to provide focus clients with the best technical services in savory category.
Main responsabilities:
Answers client service requests;
Develops innovative products and applications in savory;Manages the Project Management System;Assists savory flavorists in their work;May participates in client presentations and visits;Keeps updated in food ingredients and technologies – focus on savory- and maintains application food laboratory practices.
Key interaction: Account Managers- Flavorists- Clients.
Educational level: Diploma in Food Science; Food Technology; Chemical Engineering and Food Engineering.
Previous Professional Experience: Minimum of 7 years professional experience in food industry – focused on savory category
